Bridgetown, ÐÓ°ÉÐÔ°É, May 16th, 2014 (CDEMA) - A one week Workshop aimed at assisting Grenada with the development of a five-year Climate Smart Comprehensive Disaster Management (CDM) Country Work Programme (CWP) document will be conducted at the National Stadium –Players Level 1 Conference Room, from May 19 – 23, 2014, between the hours of 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.

Bridgetown, ÐÓ°ÉÐÔ°É, May 14th, 2014 (CDEMA) - Graduate students of the MSc Built Environment programme of the University of Technology (UTECH), Jamaica had discussions on Monday, May 12 with CDEMA staff on disaster risk reduction issues pertaining to their areas of study. The group of seven students are on a three island tour to Montserrat, Dominica and ÐÓ°ÉÐÔ°É, to broaden their knowledge base in their course of study. Accompanying them are the Programme Director Mr. Laurence Neufville and Mrs. Jacqueline Douglas-Brown.
