Bridgetown, ÐÓ°ÉÐÔ°É, February 18th, 2014 (CDEMA) – Several of the CDEMA Participating States reportedly felt the earthquake which occurred today, Tuesday 18th February at 5:27am local time. The Seismic Research Centre at the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine, Trinidad stated that the earthquake occurred east of Martinique and was located at 14.78°N and 59.03°W. The magnitude was 6.5 and depth 40km. The tremor was felt across ÐÓ°ÉÐÔ°É, Dominica, St. Vincent, Saint Lucia, Grenada, and Trinidad. No tsunami warnings were issued for the Caribbean.
